This Website is primarily an informational website, so we collect only limited personal data:
- Enquiry data. When you contact us using the email address, phone number or WhatsApp number shown on our Contact page, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, your contact details and the content of your message.

3. Why we process your data and our legal bases
- To respond to your enquiries and provide information about our courses, examinations, workshops, facilities and consulting services — based on our legitimate interest in communicating with you, or on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
- To operate, maintain and secure the Website, including detecting and preventing malicious activity — based on our legitimate interest in the security and integrity of the Website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To record and honour your cookie preferences — based on your consent for non-essential cookies (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and on our legitimate interest / legal obligation to demonstrate that consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(c)).
4. Contact and enquiries
Our Contact page provides an email address, a telephone number and a WhatsApp number. When you use any of these to reach us, we process your message and contact details solely to handle and respond to your request. If your enquiry leads to a business relationship, related correspondence may be retained as part of our records.
5. Analytics
At the time this policy was prepared, no active website analytics were collecting data about visitors. Should we enable analytics (for example, Google Analytics) in the future, any analytics cookies and related processing will only take place after you have given your consent through our cookie banner, and we will update this policy to identify the provider and describe the data collected.
6. Security and firewall logging
We use the Wordfence security plugin to help protect the Website against attacks and abuse. Wordfence may process technical data such as IP addresses, request details and login attempts in order to detect, block and investigate malicious traffic. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the Website secure.
7. Server and access logs
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, automatically records standard server log data (such as IP address, date and time of access, and the resource requested) for the purposes of reliability, troubleshooting and security.
8. Backups
We keep backups of the Website (using the UpdraftPlus plugin) so that we can restore it after a failure or security incident. Backups may contain the categories of data described in this policy.
9. Cookies and consent
We use only a small number of cookies. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, which is collected and managed through our cookie banner (provided by CookieHub). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings link on the Website. Full details are set out in our Cookie Policy.
10. Embedded third-party content
The Website does not currently embed third-party media, maps or social-media widgets. If we add such content in the future, it may set its own cookies or collect data directly, and we will update this policy accordingly.
11. Data processors and recipients
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under appropriate agreements, including:
- Hostinger — website hosting and server logs.
- CookieHub — cookie-consent management and consent logging.
We do not sell your personal data. We may also disclose data where required by law.
12. International data transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.
13. How long we keep your data
- Enquiry correspondence: at least 2 years.
- Security and server logs: at least 2 years.
- Backups: at least 2 years.
- Consent records: for as long as necessary to demonstrate that consent was given.
14. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data and to request its rectification or erasure; the right to restrict or object to processing; and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@anva.aero.
15. Withdrawing consent
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You can withdraw cookie consent using the cookie settings link on the Website.
16. Complaints
If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
17. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or that similarly significantly affects you.
